Swift 49110 is specifically formulated as a high quality laminating adhesive specifically designed for high pressure laminates and veneer. 49110 provides an extended closed assembly time to prevent precuring before being placed in the press under pressure and to prevent bleed through on veneer stock. Swift 49185 is specifically formulated as a high quality, fast setting, and edge gluing adhesive for clamp carriers. 49185 has been formulated to give a highly heat resistant bond on hard and soft woods as well as excellent sand-ability characteristics. Swift PA186 is similar to formulated for use in wood assembly applications. Having a low viscosity of 2300 2800 cps along with a relatively high solids (44-48%) makes this adhesive especially suitable for close tolerance joinery applications such as doweling, mortise & tenon, and finger jointing. Swift PA158 is a fast setting water resistant adhesive designed for use in Type II gluing applications. Gluing operations where PA158 can be used include fingerjointing, edge gluing, mortise/tenon and panel-to-frame. This adhesive is compatible with fire retardant treated (borax) panels.
